Investor Services Solutions Specialist
SEI Investments is a global financial services firm headquartered in Oaks, Pennsylvania and provides technology-driven investment processing, management, and operational solutions to asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional investors.
I will be part of the Investor Services Solutions team, which focuses on improving operational workflows and supporting scalable, technology-enabled solutions. In my role as an Investor Services Solutions Specialist, I will analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements, assist in the design, testing, and implementation of workflow solutions, and document and monitor system enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
This position directly relates to my major, as it allows me to apply coursework in systems analysis, process modeling, data analytics, and cloud-based technologies to real business operations. Classes such as Digital Systems, Data Analytics, and Cloud Architecture prepared me to process and understand different informational services, improve workflows through analysis, API integration, and efficiently structuring servers, work with technical tools, and bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
