While there, I spoke with recruiters from many different companies as well as other students looking to work in similar industries. I received advice from recruiters about their application process and what types of people they are more likely to hire. I also witnessed through watching other people\\\\\\&#8217;s interactions which strategies keep employers more interested in continuing to speak with students.
