WORK EXPERIENCE
- IT Services at Temple University
My current role on the Engineering and Operations team of IT Services has introduced me to the fundamentals of supporting the enterprise systems and databases that allow all of the University’s servers to operate. I am currently heading a project to develop a solution to optimize the department’s server-discrepancy reporting process. I am also working on a project to upgrade Windows VMs which requires my communication to various departments across the University.

My past role introduced me to the complexity of the real-estate industry and has provided me with valuable management skills that I’ve used in both personal and professional settings. While constantly juggling many urgent tasks, I’ve adopted timely communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. I also had the opportunity to organize and innovate the company website which allowed me to apply MIS-related skills.
