IT Management Intern – JJID Inc.
- Monitoring Employee Service Desk phone lines, Chat, and e-mail queues.
- Researching and diagnosing reported issues and seeing the resolution through to completion.
- Creating reports, tools, and utilities to help build continued efficiencies.
- Assist with daily staff IT requests
- Provide administrative support: inventories, printers, copiers, wireless accounts, etc.
- Assist with data entry and database integrity verifications.
- Skills required familiarity with Microsoft Products such as Excel, Access and Outlook
