Student Collaboration Center Intern
During my time, I retrieved requested records in Temple\’s Oracle database via SQL. I also performed various back-end admin tasks. During my time, I upholstered one of our daily Bridge control reports by converting it to a tab delimited file. I set it to automatically retrieve the header and pertinent details of its records. As a result, the amount of client inquiries regarding the report significantly decreased. I greatly improved my SQL querying skills through fulfilling data requests. I also got to work on back-end IT processes such as overseeing and modifying the automated processes.
