Intern
As an intern I was responsible with supporting both the recruitment and sales teams at a medium sized staffing company. I executed searches against the company Salesforce database to assist recruiters in finding potential candidates for job orders that needed to be filled. I was given a Salesforce administrator license so that I could change the Salesforce interface based on the desires from the search and sales teams. I was responsible for executing mass imports of data from search tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoominfo into the Salesforce database, providing sales and search teams with much needed client/candidate data. I also created Salesforce dashboards that tracked employee and company performance which showed how well employees and the company as a whole doing in relation to company goals. This experience gave me valuable professional experience such as meeting with clients, completing projects in a timely matter by myself, and reporting what I have done to management.
