TUBC Blockchain for AI Workshop
I attended the Temple University Blockchain for AI Workshop, which was sponsored by the Temple University Blockchain Club (TUBC). The workshop focused on the convergence of blockchain technology and artificial intelligence, exploring the transformative potential of decentralization in machine learning. Throughout the activity, I gained valuable insights into the practical applications of cryptocurrencies and digital marketplaces for secure data exchanges, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing quality over quantity in AI training data. As a Management Information Systems (MIS) major, the workshop significantly aligns with my career goals by providing me with a deeper understanding of cutting-edge technologies that are increasingly shaping the business and technology landscape. The integration of blockchain in AI models and transactions not only enhances my technical knowledge but also equips me with insights into the evolving industry trends. The discussion on Zero-Knowledge proofs, Multi-Party Computations, and Proof of Training Data particularly resonated with my academic coursework, offering a practical link between theoretical concepts and real-world applications. Overall, this workshop has enriched my understanding of the intersection between blockchain and AI, fostering a more comprehensive perspective that is highly relevant to my academic pursuits and future career in Management Information Systems.
