As a senior at Temple University’s Fox School of Business, I am pursuing a BBA in Management Information Systems with a minor in Spanish. I am passionate about data analytics, artificial intelligence, and user experience, and I have completed a Figma Essential Training certification to enhance my skills in these areas.<\/p>\n
I serve as the President of the Fox African American Business Association for the 2024-25 school year, a student organization that uplifts Black business students. In this role, I lead a team of brilliant minds in planning and executing crowdsourcing and charitable initiatives, social events, and recruiting new members.<\/p>\n
I am also a Help Desk Support Intern at the New Jersey Department of Health, where I assist in maintaining and troubleshooting software to ensure seamless operations across departments.<\/p>\n
My role involves analyzing data to identify patterns and improve system efficiency, as well as developing innovative solutions to enhance user experience and technical support processes. I collaborate with IT professionals to resolve technical issues, optimize workflows, and contribute to projects that enhance the department\u2019s overall technological infrastructure.<\/p>\n
