I started the business 8 months ago in April and it has been one of the best learning experiences. Client communication skills, Price analyzation, leveraging AI tools to cut down on website development time by 30%, learning business operation workflows for specific trade businesses, developing dashboards, making strategic analytical decisions. I also, send out excel sheets to clients visualizing their click through rate and how we can go about improving traction. Currently I have clients on a monthly retainer to maintain and improve the integrity of their websites.
