Food Basics
I currently work for a grocery store named Food Basics. I have worked at the store for the past two years. Since being in school, I only work once a month and also during winter and summer break. Food Basics is a grocery store that is owned by the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P). Food Basics is a grocery store chain that offers everything from dairy, produce, and meat at discounted prices. I started by gathering carts for the store and eventually worked my way up to working in the produce department. Working at Food Basics has allowed me to interact with many different types of customers, which has helped me enhance my communication and problem solving skills.
