Using Python with Excel
I recently did the “Using Python with Excel” course on LinkedIn Learning, where I learned the skills necessary to integrate Python with Excel for data analysis. This course laid the foundation necessary to continue the use of Excel and expand its capabilities. I learned how to leverage the Python libraries pandas and openpyxl to directly interact with Excel to unlock the expanded capabilities. In my MIS coursework, I have learned about the power of libraries and how they can unlock the capabilities and efficiencies of certain coding languages, this course reinforced such. In the future, I will be able to draw on my time at Fox and my efforts to learn how to completely unlock the capabilities of certain software, especially when businesses widely accept them.
