Steve Jobs had a great talent when it came to public speaking. His style was very simplistic but at the same time very concise and able to tell the full story. He sold his products through short stories which were able to capture the audience effectively. I find that what his secret was focusing on the main message and enthusiastic attitude.

This week, I worked on completing the Work Breakdown Structure since we could not recover it. We then finalized all of our documents and communicated with the BAs regarding their deliverables for their class.

This week we recovered most of the documents we from our drive and then began working on the other documents that we didn’t get to complete because of the initial setback. This week we ran into some trouble with our BAs. One of them deleted all of our work by accident and didn’t tell us about it until we asked him what had happened. I will be meeting with two BAs on Wednesday the 21st where I will get a full update of the BAs work on the project so far. This week, my group completed the project charter, WBS, and the problem statement. I mainly worked on finding and editing a template for the project charter and I populated some of the fields on it.
