This week both the PMs and the BAs were too busy to meet. Also it was very hard to find a common time where everyone was available. On top of meeting, the PMs has decided to create google docs so that way we dont all have to meet to actually get work done. we are all going to chip in whenever then deicide to meet to discuss the updates we’ve made.

There was no meeting with the BA’s this week due to the due date of their scope. We didnt really start on anything yet but we do have constant communication within the BAs and the PMs. The BA did share the scope document with us for us to review over it.

This past week, we met with our BA to plan out a day where we are all free to met. All the PM have made a group chat where we can all communicate so it can make things easier. We also decide to pick a day to meet as well.
