Conducting a SWOT Analysis
During this LinkedIn Leanring, I joined a structured professional development experience that was focused on applying SWOT analysis within a strategic planning context. Entirely, I practiced critical thinking, problem framing, and structured analysis as we explored multiple data sources, external environmental factors, and internal organizational capabilities. I learned how to apply SWOT analysis to figure out strengths and weaknesses and to turn those into strategic recommendations. As well as collaboration and different perspectives improve the quality of the analysis.
