Web Application Development
In this interactive class, we learn the basic syntax of Javascript, CSS, and HTML programming to create web based applications that can be useful for everyday problem solving. This class has taught me to think more critically in terms of my code and working my way through problems.
Introduction to Problem Solving in Python
While I did not take this course in the business school, this class helped me cement my programming knowledge in the widely used language of python. This class has been invaluable to me in the rest of the programming I have done on my own and during Temple coursework. In a lab setting, we tackled complex coding problems trying to find the most efficient solution. This science perspective of programming has supplemented my outlook of programming in a business setting.
Statistical Business Analytics
In this class I was introduced to data and business analytics that can be used in decision making for businesses. Through this course I have become more comfortable with analyzing data through excel, a valuable tool in an analytics based career I can see myself in.
