Lead Lab Consultant
As a Lead Lab Consultant, at Temple University, I worked closely to the the Senior IT Specialist as an IT Support Technician to support campus technology infrastructure. My responsibilities included troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with system maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of campus technology services. I collaborated with faculty and staff to resolve technical problems and provide user support, while also helping with the installation and setup of new technology equipment. This role strengthened my technical skills and my ability to work in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment.
