I like this graph. The colors used are similar but easy to tell apart. They also put each billionaire’s net worth so we can see the differences between all of them

This visual is creative but at the same time kind of confusing without looking at it for a longer period of time. It doesn’t organize the data in an easily understandable way. There is no x-axis to establish the min and max of the data points.

Good: https://www.visualcapitalist.com/cp/the-rise-and-fall-of-popular-web-browsers-since-1994/
This visualization is good because the data is presented in a very simple and easy to understand manner. The animation show the change over time is also effective
Bad: https://www.visualcapitalist.com/cp/every-mission-to-mars/
This visualization is hard to follow because there is so much to follow on the graph. It is also an unfamiliar way to present the data. I believe using a simple timeline would be easier to understand and follow.

Good: https://www.visualcapitalist.com/which-countries-produce-the-most-natural-gas/
This visualization is a different style of pie chart that very clearly shows the differences between the countries natural gas production and shows how they are relative to each other. The chart is clean, easy to follow, and shows the data in a very interesting way to the eye,
Bad: https://www.visualcapitalist.com/visualizing-10-years-of-global-ev-sales-by-country/
The visualization can be a little misleading, as it seems like some of the countries have decreased their EV sales since 2015, when in reality they have greatly increased them. You have to do a little bit of studying to actually understand what is going on in this visualization when it could have been done much simpler.

https://www.visualcapitalist.com/how-much-prime-real-estate-could-you-buy-for-1-million/
This data visualization is a good example because there is a key explaining the width and length of the squares to make sure the reader understands where the calculations are coming from. It’s also a simple graph that gets straight to the point with extra facts as well.
https://www.visualcapitalist.com/doordash-is-dominating-the-u-s-food-delivery-market/
This data visualization isn’t as good because it’s not as clear and easy to decipher. The different delivery apps are in a big blog and it’s hard to figure out what percentage of usage they were at for a certain year.
