There are 4 pieces of information needed to access a SAP System:
System ID – This is the name of the SAP system that you will be accessing. For this class it is FS1
Client Number – An SAP system can have multiple “clients” and each client is identified by a unique three digit number. You will need to enter the client number when you login to SAP. Our Section is using Client # 421
Username – You are assigned your own username for this exercise. For instance: FS-70. See attached Excel file for your unique Username learnit3-sap-student-user-accounts Anytime you see ## as you complete the steps as instructed in the links above, this means to enter your 2-digit number which is the second half of your username. (You will never use the number 00!)
Password – You will first login with the password, 2101PASS and will be prompted to change the first time you logon. Write down and save your new password so you do not forget it!
