In past generations, you could only network with so many people in your area, but now digital platforms have allowed us to build our networks with people anywhere in the world. By doing this, you greatly reduce the risk of someone breaking into an account or multiple accounts by guessing your password.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Another method to protect yourself online would be to be careful where you put certain pieces of information about yourself on the internet.
