This system makes the process of hiring a candidate smooth. It is a system that I use to recruit candidates for positions I have open. I create a Requisition and post a job ad, which allows the applicant to apply to the position they are interested in. I review applicants\u2019 credentials to make sure they meet the requirements and if they do interview them. When scheduling the interview, I can email the candidate right in the system. I do not need to open Outlook. Once interviewed and I determine the applicant is a good match. Then, I use that same system to initiate onboarding paperwork.
