We\u2019re learning salesforce in this course because it will look good on our resume and helps companies with customer relationships and customer service. The benefit of creating a salesforce database is that it helps with time management, planning, customer satisfaction, and revenue increase. I quite enjoyed learning about Salesforce because all my professor spoke about was Salesforce which I had no clue about till we did Salesforce in this course. I was happy because I could see myself using this in the future. CRM (customer relationship management) is an important part of learning about Salesforce. If your customer isn\u2019t happy with how the company handles things, fewer people would be business with you. An example is if you forgot your customer’s name, it would look bad, versus if you told them a happy birthday, they would be happy.
