Each assigned team is expected to meet within 24-hours of the team list announcement (in-class) and organize themselves utilizing the Hybrid Scrum Framework listed below.\u00a0<\/p>\n

      1. Works in both Figma and Agora World<\/li>\n
      2. Maintains vision<\/li>\n
      3. Reviews Work<\/li>\n
      4. Interacts with stakeholders<\/li>\n
      5. Ensures that highest value content is delivered<\/li>\n
      6. Pushes team to deliver<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. Works in both Figma and Agora World<\/li>\n
            2. Protects the team and process<\/li>\n
            3. Facilitator, balancing demands of PO against needs of team members (avoids team burnout)<\/li>\n

              1. Creates charts and boards to share progress (with instructor)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
              2. Removes Blockers<\/li>\n

                          2. Establish Ground rules for dealing with conflict (teams must learn to move forward with a decision, even when in disagreement)\n

                            1. Determine working relationships<\/li>\n
                            2. Conflict resolution<\/li>\n
                            3. Consensus options<\/li>\n
                            4. How to hold one another accountable<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                            5. Sprint Planning Meeting\n

                              1. Kickoff meeting to define stories that will be written and who owns them<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

                                        5. Assess the team (Team Retrospective)\n
