    2. What is the overall affordance of the site? Is this the right affordance?<\/li>\n
    3. What is the problem that the organization is trying to solve? (Does this align with the goals of the site?)<\/li>\n
    4. Who are the intended users and what do you think the organization would like them to accomplish using the site? Determine the personas of the typical users?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
