Team Project Assignment:

Using interview and analysis techniques discussed in class your team will use these tools to evaluate the case scenario to:

• Document the As Is State
• Identify the Issues and Opportunities
• Develop potential solutions scenario(s) and prototype to demonstrate the To Be State
• Develop and delivery a Client Presentation

Client Interaction:

Through out the semester your team will have the opportunity to develop questions and engage in interviews with the client to collect the information about the case
