Enable collaboration between your team for project 2 as follows:<\/p>\n

One team member creates the site. It does not matter who creates the site.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The team member who creates the site, adds the second team member as follows:\u00a0<\/p>\n

    1. Login and navigate to the\u00a0Dashboard\u00a0<\/em>of the new site.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    2. Click on\u00a0Users<\/em>\u00a0on the left<\/li>\n
    3. Click\u00a0Add New<\/em><\/li>\n
    4. Fill in the details for\u00a0Add Existing User<\/em>.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    5. Type in the AccessNet ID of the second team member. The AccessNet ID is the first part of the Temple email address. For example, Jonathan Yang\u2019s email address is tug55842@temple.edu, so the AccessNet ID is tug55842.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    6. For\u00a0Role<\/em>, select\u00a0Administrator<\/em>\u00a0from the dropdown.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    7. To immediately provide full access to your team member\u00a0check the box<\/em>\u00a0that says \u201cAdd the user without sending an email that requires their confirmation.\u201d<\/li>\n
    8. Ignore the Other Roles box.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    9. Click\u00a0Add Existing User<\/em>\u00a0(blue button)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Note: On step 5 above, it will be more convenient for your team member if you use their AccessNet ID rather than some other random email. This way they can use their existing validated Temple credentials to immediately access the site.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
