MIS 3534 – Prof. Min-Seok Pang

Andre C Messa

I am a 24 year old male with a very aggressive attitude to succeed. I have completed my Associates degree in Business Admin. from Bucks County Community college. While obtaining my associated degree I worked with a construction company as a project manager. Also, along with school and working with construction company I also started my own construction company called Olympic Services, Inc. This company is still up and running. I had to take a year off from school after my associates to get some money saved up before I went after my bachelors degree. Olympic Services is still running as contracting company. I also just started up my federal firearms business "Old Philadelphia Pistols." That has been up and running now for 6 months, and things are going great. Aside from work and school I race motor-cross; love the intensity of the competition. During winter time I usually am a snowboard instructor at Jack Frost Big Boulder on the weekends.

Interesting challenges CIO’s are facing with Obama’s Cyber Security Plan

Hey everyone,

I found this article from The Wall Street Journal that really gives you a good view into the daily  decisions  of some CIO’s. I myself am not a huge fan of ISACs. I believe my information given to a specific company should be cleared with me before sharing with the government, or anyone else for that matter. From a CIO’s perspective the sharing of customer information may be beneficial to the company and its partners, but could also turn into a huge liability. As you will see in the article. Let me know your thoughts are towards the article and the matter at hand. Hope you enjoy!
