Kotter, John P. and Cohen, Dan S., The Heart of Change: Real-Life Stories of How People Change Their Organizations, 2nd Edition, November 2012, Harvard Business Press, ISBN: 9781578512546. Note, the 1st edition and the 2nd editions of this book are almost identical and either edition is perfectly acceptable for this class. If you can find a used version of the 1st edition of this book and can save a few bucks, feel free to get the 1st edition.
