Kotter, John P. and Cohen, Dan S., The Heart of Change: Real-Life Stories of How People Change Their Organizations, 2^nd Edition, November 2012, Harvard Business Press, ISBN: 9781578512546. Note, the 1^st edition and the 2^nd editions of this book are almost identical and either edition is perfectly acceptable for this class. If you can find a used version of the 1^st edition of this book and can save a few bucks, feel free to get the 1^st edition.

As part of this course you will be required to watch a collection of videos found at lynda.temple.edu. You will need your AccessNet account and password to access this site. Once you have accessed the site, you will need to search for the course “Project Management Foundations” by Bonnie Biafore.
