Course description<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Explore concepts related to process thinking, change management and product management. Students will be able to apply knowledge of key principles related to technology-enabled business transformation and process-centric organizational change.<\/p>\n

Course Objectives\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1) IT Product Management<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Understand how to develop & manage digital products<\/li>\n
  • Learn the Agile approach and the SCRUM framework such as values, roles and events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2) Change Leadership<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Develop an understanding of process thinking and key management strategies that support IT-enabled business transformation<\/li>\n
    • Learn how to plan, manage, and lead business change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
