Autonomous cars are approaching at a relentless, breakneck pace, and there’s very little you and I can do to stop it – we both lack the capital to lobby against it nor the influence to resist it. And, should we? Well, if you’re an insurance adjuster, you might be somewhat worried about the rise of automated cars. Or, if you’re a police officer – who do you ticket? Already, insurance companies are discussing the possibility of this dreadful future coming to pass, and truck drivers may have something else to be concerned with, but the boon to the consumer (and the delivery company’s bottom lines, in the truck driver’s case) is poised to be immense.
