  • What would happen to the project plan if activity 6 were revised with an estimated time of six weeks?<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assume that your team is in its first week of the project and has discovered that each of the activity duration estimates is wrong. Activity 2 will take only two weeks to complete. Activities 4 and 7 will each take three times longer than anticipated. All other activities will take twice as long to complete as previously estimated. In addition, a new activity, number 11, has been added.
