Netblocks, a global Internet monitor, reported that the attack was the &#8220;worst&#8221; disruption to Ukraine&#8217;s Internet service since the Russian invasion began in late February, with connectivity dropping to 13 percent of prewar levels. In a series of tweets, it wrote: &#8220;Ukraine&#8217;s state Internet provider Ukrtelecom has confirmed a cyber attack on its core infrastructure.
