Your status report should be prepared and delivered in PowerPoint format. The status report should cover your progress with:
- System Identification (Which system are you analyzing)
- Functional Specification
- Data Model
- Usability Assessment
You should include a project plan GANTT Chart with task list, expected duration of each task, task assignment (who is working on the task), and % complete.
You should also include a listing of issues and concerns that may affect your team’s success in completing the project.
