{"id":3825,"date":"2019-01-15T13:50:07","date_gmt":"2019-01-15T18:50:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/community.mis.temple.edu\/mis5203sec951spring2020\/?page_id=3825"},"modified":"2019-04-20T13:58:22","modified_gmt":"2019-04-20T17:58:22","slug":"team-project","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/community.mis.temple.edu\/mis5203sec951spring2020\/team-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Team Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<header class=\"entry-header\">\n<p class=\"entry-meta\">Your Team Project presentation should be prepared and delivered in PowerPoint format and saved and uploaded in.\u00a0 You and your team are serving as IT Auditors providing a high-level presentation to senior managers about the goal, capabilities, data content and usability of the information system you chose to analyze.\u00a0 Your presentation should end with a recommendation of whether or not the system is useful, trustworthy and will meet the needs of users.<\/p>\n<p class=\"entry-meta\">Your presentation should include the following:<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Team and System Identification<\/li>\n<li>Functional Specification and\u00a0Usability Assessment<\/li>\n<li>Data Model<\/li>\n<li>Lessons Learned<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Team and System Identification &#8211; Include an introduction to your project team identifying your team&#8217;s member, described the purpose of the information system are you analyzing, and the subset of capabilities you analyzed.\u00a0 Indicate if you created a login account on the system or not.\u00a0 If so, describe: what kind of login accounts were available?\u00a0 Which kind did you create? How did you use the login account to analyze the system?\u00a0 If you did not create a login account then describe how you worked with the system to analyze and assess it?<\/p>\n<p>Functional Specification and Usability Assessment &#8211; Include one or more detailed use case bubble diagram(s) which illustrates the functional capabilities you identified and assessed in this project.\u00a0 The diagram should illustrate the organization of functional capabilities and their structured decomposition into user tasks and how they relate to one another.\u00a0 As you present the capabilities provide a usability assessment that addresses the usability of the functional capabilities of the system. The fundamental questions the functional specification and Usability Assessment portion of your presentation should answer are: What capabilities does the system offer? How usable are the capabilities?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Data Model &#8211; Include a detailed normalized data model that illustrates the kinds of data (i.e. entities, attributes, and relationships &#8211; including cardinalities and apparent primary and foreign keys) and indicate which data elements may be sensitive to breaches of confidentiality, integrity and\/or availability.<\/p>\n<p>Lessons Learned &#8211; Briefly summarize: What went well in your project?
