Peek Inside a Professional Carding Shop

This is a great synopsis of how fraudsters buy and sell stolen credit car credentials.  It’s a good read, and kind of scary when you see how easy and well organized they are.

Anthony, your right, it’s really scary how organized and methodical they are with this. For example, the article said you have to pay a deposit before even seeing the goods that are for sale! Or categorizing their goods for sale by the state or region is not something you think a criminal would do. Being able to search and buy cards that are for a specific city, state and ZIP helps avoiding credit card companies from flagging transactions in locations that the card has never been used before. In fact the card holder might not even notice it too if they are small transactions (especially if that card is shared with a wife or husband!)
