Week 3 – March 31

The topic for this week is “Systems Thinking and Crowdsourcing.”  Please be sure to read the corresponding case “Uber” in advance of the class and come prepared to discuss it.

As discussed during class, having a high-level understanding of your background will assist me in tailoring the class.  Therefore, I have added a discussion topic on the site regarding that.  See the “discussion” tab above.

In terms of material due, your weekly reading summary is to be handed in via hardcopy at the start of class.  I would expect that your weekly reading summary also include your thoughts and references to the case in addition to the articles.  This is noted in the syllabus, but I just wanted to emphasize the point.

The lecture material has been published to this site accordingly.  I look forward to our next class.
