Director of Membership/Graphic Designer for ESA
For the 2025-2026 school year, I was the Director of Membership and Graphic Designer for Temple University’s Entrepreneurial Student Association (ESA), a student professional organization at the Fox Business School.
As Director of Membership, I would send weekly emails to professors on the ESA email list informing them of upcoming ESA events. At the beginning of the year, I recruited people into joining the student organization by presenting with a slideshow in front of a class averaging 20-50 students along with fellow E-Board members.
As the Graphic Designer, I produced eye-catching posts/flyers for organization’s social media by utilizing strategic colors and eye-catching phrases. I learned my way around Canva and gradually improved on understanding what would look good on a social media page while remaining consistent with the ESA brand.
This was my first E-Board position and being able to be a part of the creative and thinking process of what would be going on behind the scenes of an SPO was really fun. Being in this role helped me better understand communication, time management and improving my creative thinking. It also made me realize that I really do love being able to create graphics and have that creative freedom, so I hope to be able to be a part of or find similar creative roles in the future.
