ACCT 2101 Financial Accounting- This course is the introduction to the world of accounting. So far, I’ve learned how to analyze and make financial statements, basic cash transactions, and adjusting entries. I expect to learn more advanced transactions and to learn more in depth about liabilities and assets, and how companies use accounting.
MIS 2101 Digital Systems- This course is the introduction to the MIS world, and I have learned many important concepts so far. I’ve been introduced to Swim lane and ERD diagrams, and ERP and CRM systems. I believe we will learn more cybersecurity and data analytics, and learn basic coding.
Past Courses
STAT 1102 Quantitative Methods for Business II- In this course, I was able to learn basic statistics, such as standard deviation and variance, and probability. Additionally, the concepts were applied to events going on in the world, and I was able to learn important skills Microsoft Excel.
HRM 1101 Leadership & Organizational Management- In this course, I was able to learn about the different types of organizational structures and the advantages and disadvantages of them. Additionally, I learned about how employers manage their employees, and about topics such as teamwork and decision-making.
