Riley along with a team of innovative national developers and real estate sales and marketing executives. This group has experience creating and managing award-winning lifestyle communities, garden apartments, urban spaces and revitalized historic high-rise properties.

Live Near Your Work – http://lnywallentown.com
The Live Near Your Work project was the project I was assigned to for the summer. The project now turned program is designed to grant $10,000 to any employee from a list of eligible employers who purchase a house within a designated downtown Allentown neighborhood. This was designed to revitalize the Downton Allentown area with a variety of mixed income residents. Through the use of extensive data gathering and analyzation, CCLV’s interns determined which houses were eligible for this program and which houses were too blighted for program eligibility. My team gained access to the MLS Housing listing service data and used Tableau to parse and filter the data while making it visually appealing and easy to understand for our investing team. JustInMind was also used to prototype the Live Near Your Work Allentown website and provided me with first hand experience with both softwares, along with simpler applications like Microsoft Excel.
This was my first internship at a corporate headquarters and all the skills I have absorbed from this internship are vital for my professional development and skill building. I was immediately immersed within the company working with fellow interns but also with several Chief Officers and key investors.
