As an Event Staff Coordinator for 12 Street Catering, my role consisted of maintaining clear and open communication channels with both clients and event staff. Furthermore, I implemented and enforced high service standards among event staff to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. From this role, I learned event management skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills.
