- Job function (e.g., overall role, assigned tasks) My overall role was as an administrative assistant, I worked in the office answering phone calls, taking messages, assistant students & parents, working on different word & excel documents.

It required me to find the pockets, put them in alphabetical order and then create a word document with the list of students, and then create a document in excel.
