Data Science Intern
As a full-time Data Science Intern at Rothman Orthopedics, from June 23, 2025 to August 15th, 2025 (8 weeks), I assisted the IT team to organize all of their data in a centralized location. During my time, I heavily relied on SQL to create a database which contained all of the organizations applications, servers, databases, and contacts. Which allowed users to trace how data flows between applications, the specific details/descriptions of every system, and clear visualizations of all inner-workings. As well as, being able to identify process failures and unused systems immediately, and provide alerts to the team. I also worked on many application visualization using Visio, as well as filtering data with Tableau. Furthermore, my experience has allowed me to develop useful skills in SQL, Tableau, and Excel that will progress my career as well as my understanding of MIS.
