- My overall role was to wipe and image PCs, MacBooks, and iPads. We used flash drives to upload the images onto the computers using the BIOS menus.
- Delivered computer hardware and accessories to staff and student areas (like the Tech Center).
- Gave users (staff) access to certain programs and used Remedy ticketing system.
