   1. I currently am a part-time IT intern at The Beaumont at Bryn Mawr (Retirement Community). I work 24 hours a week here.

   1. My overall role is to work as a help desk technician for senior residents. I help them with software support, as well as hardware and order them new devices when needed. I also use the Worxhub ticketing system to assist staff with their technology needs.
3. Examples of projects (e.g., list the projects you worked on and what you accomplished)
   1. Helping residents setup their iPhones
   2. Setup a digital signage program and create media to entertain residents while they are waiting for their appointments
4. What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this experience in the context of specific courses)
   1. I have used HTML and CSS in designing programs, which I had learned from MIS 2402.
   2. I have used the skills I’ve learned from my BA presentation classes to present new technology to the residents.
