PhillyTech is a small company of 1-10 employees located at the Bond Collective in One Penn Center, 1617 JFK Boulevard. PhillyTech is a company that offers recruiting and sales services to software and health-tech companies in the Philly area, check out this digital CV to check out some of our clients. At PhillyTech I’ve been working as a Technical Recruiter, using the skills I picked up in MIS to identify and recruit talent to fill the needs of our clients. I’ve used a lot of the skills I picked up from my coding classes to evaluate work that candidates have posted on their personal websites, to see if they can suit the client’s specification. Since PhillyTech is such a small company, in addition to my recruiting duties I also manage our corporate social media accounts and also perform lead generation.
