JPMorgan Chase & Co. Internship
During the summer of 2013, I worked as a Business Analyst Intern at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a part of the Technology Summer Analyst Development Program (TADP) in Newark, Delaware. I was involved in various business analysis and project coordination projects within Enterprise Contact Center Services organization that was responsible for managing and supporting company’s contact centers worldwide. I was able to improve my business and technical skills while gaining valuable work experience in one of the leading financial services firm in the US.
Main responsibilities included:
- Researched and analyzed various contact center related technologies that could potentially meet present/future business needs (evaluating risks/costs/benefits).
- Assisted in coordinating a project involving decommissioning of old contact center technologies/equipment.
- Assisted in various tasks of reporting project progress and documenting processes.
