Involvement
As a Marketing Major with an interest in Fashion, I am a part of the start up team for Temple University’s first Fashion and Business Club. This past November was FAB’s 1st anniversary. We have brought in inspirational speakers and are currently in the process of publishing our first online magazine. I am the secretary and send out bi-weekly e-mails to all our members to provide them with a recap of our meetings and upcoming events. I am also involved in Temple University intramural sports and am the captain for my intramural soccer team. I also volunteer at a soup kitchen at St. Mary’s Church located at University of Pennsylvania’s campus serving dinner every Thursday evening. The volunteers and I serve close to 75 meals per night for the homeless of the Philadelphia area.
