I learned to look at things from the user&#8217;s perspective, figuring out what they need and what might frustrate them. By using techniques like empathy mapping and journey mapping, I can visualize their experiences and find ways to make them better. The course also showed me how to work with teams to turn research into useful ideas and designs.
