I earned the Certified Scrum Master Certificate from Scrum Alliance. The activity itself involved successfully completing a rigorous Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) training course, which covered the principles and theory behind the Scrum framework, including the roles, events, and artifacts defined in the Scrum Guide. Following the training, I passed the required exam to earn the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification. What I learned was the fundamental mindset and mechanics of Agile project management, specifically through the Scrum framework. This included learning the responsibilities of a ScrumMaster and acting as a servant-leader for the development team, facilitating Scrum events (like the Daily Scrum and Sprint Review), and coaching the team and organization on how to implement and optimize Scrum practices. I gained an understanding of how to manage a Product Backlog, calculate velocity<\/p>\n
