My Hometown
Jordan’s Flag.
My hometown is Amman, Jordan. The capital city Amman was once called Philadelphia historically, it is very ironic how I ended up in school in Philadelphia, PA.
The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, is also known as the home of Petra, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. I was born and raised in Jordan, so coming to the United States was a completely different experience than living abroad for 18 years.
I learned so much from living there, and it also enhanced my cultural and world knowledge. There are so many different things that American can benefit from Jordan’s ideas and businesses, and this is how this will give me an upper hand in the corporate world.
